The tour start from Piazza Castello where a guide will drive the group through the excursion. Then a stop in one of the historical cafes of Turin to consume the traditional Italian breakfast, coffee or cappuccino and croissant. Following, with a brief walk under to the arches of via Po, 19th century street sheltered from the rain, we will be back in Piazza Castello, where the sightseeing bus waits to start a comfortable tour of the city and the view it offers. You will be able to see the historical city center and its Baroque buildings, very interesting for their architectural importance. After the center the bus will ride through the other parts of the city, like the area of the Juventus stadium, home of one of the two Turinese teams playing in the Italian major league. The journey continues towards Venaria Reale, a masterpiece of architecture and landscape, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The next destination is Parco della Mandria, an important green lung, a reality of environmental protection, in which live freely different species of wild animals, a Mandria is sites protected by UNESCO. Inside the park, you will visit the Castle of La Mandria, which was the hunting residence of the royal family, and then return to Turin with a stop at the Borgo Dora, an area strongly re-evaluated close to the city centre. Here are the remains of a Roman fort, the only one still present in the city. From Borgo Dora you will move to Porta Palazzo, an important square where the largest outdoor market in Europe is located. The last stop of the excursion is the "Nuvola" of Lavazza, the headquarters of the historic company producing Italian coffee. Visit to the Museum of Coffee with final tasting of mixtures and recipes by Lavazza. The tour ends with a lunch on the river banks in one of the most remowned nineteenth-century canoe circles the Esperia: excellent cuisine by chef Gigi and charming panoramic terrace on the river Po.
